Frontier Marine Services is a family business owned by Dave and Leanne Pears specialising in the supply and installation of marine electronics and accessories. Working as a vessel master, Dave has had over a 20 years’ experience in the marine industry where he witnessed the shortfalls of hasty installations and poor attention to detail in the fitting of critical equipment.
Dave’s commitment to safety at sea and to creating enjoyable, memorable and positive boating experiences for people inspired him to establish Frontier Marine Services in 2009 which services the recreational and commercial marine industry in Darwin and the Northern Territory. Frontier Marine Services now employs a full-time electrician, provides SIMRAD certified technicians and has a Navico product dealership. Repairs can be conducted (depending on the scope) either at the workshop, on the water or at the customer location. The work is always carried out in a professional, timely and honest manner.
