SAVAGE BAY CRUISER 435
Savage’s 435 Bay Cruiser continues to impress as a versatile and budget-friendly family runabout. Savage Bay Cruisers are the ultimate fishing companions, perfect for cruising the waterways and finding those flawless fishing spots. The 435 Bay Cruiser offers the versatility needed for action-packed weekends; whether it’s a fishing trip or taking the family out for a spin, this boat has got you covered. The new extended dash improves the driving position as well as creating room for more electronics. The 435 Bay Cruiser now features a lean through dash which allows for easy access to the anchor well. Larger side decks create a more functional design as they are comfortable to sit on and lean against while reeling in fish. Savage National Account Manager Jason Draeger said the new features improve the practicality of the models while still offering all the features customers love. “Our Bay Cruisers have proven to be popular as they offer the versatility and practicality boaties are after. “With two pedestal seats and a rear folding lounge there is plenty of room to take the family out in the 435 Bay Cruiser.: “The Bay Cruisers can be customised to suit your exact needs from a wide-ranging list of optional extras, including: live-bait tank, extra rod holders, radio and ski hooks,” Draeger said.
SAVAGE BEACH COMBER
Savage has made the popular Beach Comber range of bowriders even better with new standard features, more options and the addition of third model: the 485. At 120 years old, Savage celebrates another year as the oldest aluminium boat builder in Australia. This heritage is pretty amazing and guarantees that improvements to the Beach Comber Range are backed by years of experience and expertise. Comfort is key to spending more time on the water and the new bowrider design is near-on perfect. The front lounge now comes with deluxe upholstery that rolls over the edge of the side decks for more rider comfort and the bow seatingarea has increased while keeping the rear lounge area the same size. Family fun comes first with the Beach Comber whether your like water sports, fishing or just cruising around. The addition of a standard ski pole insert and fishing rod holders keep the entire family happy. Aiding in the longevity of the Savage Beach Comber is its fully welded side decks. Not only does this increase the strength of the entire structure, but also helps to prevent corrosion by sealing the boat properly. The Beach Comber comes with endless options, including a bait station, complete set of Bimini and clears, multiple different colour options and even an overhead rack to keep the kid’s toys out of the way. The Beach Comber covers all bases with three models available; the 485, 515 and 545. Each boat seamlessly loads onto Savage’s Aluminium I-beam trailer; they have max horsepower ratings of 90hp, 115hp and 135hp, and capacity for 5, 6, and 7 people respectively. “There are no dramas on a weekend with the Beach Comber; it is such a simple boat to use,” said Jason Draeger, National Account Manager of Savage Boats. Draeger said: “No family is the same, which is why we made the versatile Beach Comber. Think about your family water skiing, fishing or just adventuring. All are possible.” SAVAGE OSPREY RANGE
Fit for fishing families that are adventure ready or boaties who need to get the job done, the versatile Savage Osprey range is a great cross between a family boat and a workhorse. Available in two convenient sizes that are easy to tow behind the family car, customers can choose between a 425 Osprey or 445 Osprey. A fishing machine, the Osprey comes standard with a high casting platform that has a storage hatch for an esky, tackle box or general gear. Fabricated with extra aluminium ribs, the Savage Osprey range is robust, built tough to last through the roughest conditions. No one will be left behind because the Osprey has a maximum capacity of 5 people and is rated to a maximum of 50hp so you can be sure to get to your destination swiftly. The Osprey will help children fall in love with boating because the high slab side sheets make it more comfortable and safer while at rest and underway. Wide side decks come standard on the Osprey and provide enough space to install fishing rod holders and create a safe place to lean on for balance. Each Osprey comes standard with a rear step and rail, battery tray, carpeted fuel rack and low carpet floor to keep the vessel tidy and to make it easier to walk around. At the rear, the captain can enjoy an extra wide rear bench seat that is welded into position precisely for driving comfort, fishability and ease of boarding the boat. For those who prefer a steering wheel, the Osprey can be optioned with a side console that has complete neat and tidy rigging. If there are extreme adventurers who choose the Savage Osprey as their vessel, a sealed timber floor can be selected as an option in order to increase the longevity of the floor if exposed to difficult weather.
